● You have (5) Five days to report any defects on your item upon receiving your order.
● Due to the features of some product, it cannot be returned / exchanged once it has been opened.
● Paint issues such as small chips/excess paint are NOT considered defects and is not subject for replacement.
● In some cases customers need to apply for replacement themselves from the manufacturer.
● Refund will be provided if the product is proven defective and irreplaceable.
● Refund will be provided incase of unexpected supply shortages / order cut by suppliers.
● We will not be liable for damages, delays and lost shipments as these are beyond our control.
